This four (4) week beginners series is taught specifically for plus-size yoga students and will cover the fundamentals of a flow-based yoga practice. This series provides a safe and engaging learning environment. Students will learn yogic breathing, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques that can done on the floor, wall or chair. Props like blocks, straps, blankets and more will be used throughout the entire series. The beginners series is taught in a sequential manner to help students build flow, strength, mobility and flexibility. Throughout the series, suggestions and insights will be offered for making a yoga practice work for you, and there will be plenty of time for your questions.
Sunday sessions will be Nov 10, Nov 24, Dec 1 and Dec 8. No session will be held on Nov 17
