Welcome to Rooted Blossoms. I am grateful, humbled and honored to have you come visit. 

I offer spaces for (un)doing, healing and presence through yoga, breath, meditation and the written word. Helping to cultivate mindful connections and communion with the self and others these practices allow our lives to be infused with rich meaning, deep awareness, joy and humanity.

These practices deeply resonate in my soul and are my Balm in Gilead.  It is my wish and prayer that these spaces can serve you as much as they have and continue to do for me. 

Rooted Blossoms is life's unfolding work of Danielle Patrice. Soulful introspection and a path of spirituality and ministry have provided a base for life's transformations. Focusing on the practices of stillness and gentle movement, our time together is to help provide calm, clarity and grounded balance.

Classes and workshops draw from the commitment to the lessons of Yin Yoga, Breath Awareness, Meditation and the journey as a Yoga Alliance Registered 200 hour Yoga Teacher, Reiki 2 Level Practitioner.

Yin Yoga.


Yin Yoga is the practice of gentle calm and quietness of body and breathe. It is comprised of held deep stretch movements accessible for and to every body at any level. Yin Yoga is practiced on and supported by the earth ground as well as any other support desired. With the support of the earth ground, props and/or modifications, it ushers in and connects one to their internal voice and vision leading to internal insight; inner revolution and evolution.

Meditation is the intimate practice of concentrated internal attention and reflection. Practiced in many forms and positions, the practice offers a path of realization and enlightenment of knowing through awareness and seeing through understanding. The practice of meditation cultivates and makes space for calm, clarity and centeredness in the midst of living and facing the realities of life.
