We humbly invite you to come as you are. Join Nadeen al-Jijakli, a yoga instructor and sound healer, and I, allowing yourself to take the evening off. Let us commune and connect through the practices of restorative yoga, poetry, and a sound bath, receiving the shared vibrational experience of healing words, sounds and instruments.

Winter Community {c.a.r.e} is a time of being with self through community. During our two hours together, we will mindfully breathe, meditate, reflect and commune. Winter can often feel challenging and isolating. Energy is low, this is the way of nature. Come into community, into a collective space for tending to one’s self through feeling, releasing, expressing, breathing and resting. Remember that you are never alone.

Communal practice of presence and being under the energy of the Harvest Full Moon.. Weather permitting, a 90 minute outside practice comprised of breathwork, a 15 minute walking or sitting mindfulness meditation culminated by a nature supported deep rest practice. Please bring what you need to provide support during your practice which includes recommended options of a small cushion/pillow, blanket, portable lawn chair or yoga mat, water and/or warm beverage. Be sure to dress comfortably and appropriately for the fall weather. Again, this gathering is weather dependent being held at Euclid Creek Reservation Park. Exact location will be provided upon registration.
