You Embody Yoga.

 

You Embody Yoga is centered around diverse body types and ranges of movement, specifically plus-size yoga students. We host and teach various workshops where students will learn and practice yogic breathing, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques that can done on the floor, wall or chair. Props like blocks, straps, blankets and more are used. Suggestions and insights are offered for making a yoga practice work and be accessible for all.
